The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 421.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 253.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 66.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.47 per cent at Rs 2,317.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,097.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.23 per cent to Rs 1,109.20 crore from Rs 1,095.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.64 per cent at Rs 61.20 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 49.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.58 per cent to Rs 1,208.10 crore as against Rs 1,001.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.15 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 13.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 150.90 crore, while Taxation increased by 65.39 per cent at Rs 142.90 crore (Sep'24 Rs 86.40 crore).
