The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 299.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 144.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 107.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 38.88 per cent at Rs 1,538.46 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,107.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.45 per cent to Rs 1,142.00 crore from Rs 903.10 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 380.15 per cent at Rs 18.63 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 93.71 per cent to Rs 396.46 crore as against Rs 204.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.45 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 19.64 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.21 crore, while Taxation increased by 107.19 per cent at Rs 101.79 crore (Sep'24 Rs 49.13 crore).
