The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 51.46 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 104.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.69 per cent at Rs 967.65 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,004.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.74 per cent to Rs 891.94 crore from Rs 966.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 99.39 per cent to Rs 75.71 crore as against Rs 37.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 106.88 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 29.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.78 crore, while Taxation increased by 116.89 per cent at Rs 17.85 crore (Sep'24 Rs 8.23 crore).
