This is to inform you that pursuant to regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company's Policy for Dematerialization of Materiality of Events or Information, the Board of Directors of the Company have authorized the following key Managerial Personnel of the Company to determine the materiality of an Event or Information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing regulations.
