The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.63 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.40 per cent at Rs 1,102.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,118.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.01 per cent to Rs 1,045.24 crore from Rs 1,066.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 48.52 per cent at Rs 7.82 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 15.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.94 per cent to Rs 61.90 crore as against Rs 51.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.69 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 26.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 12.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 209.89 per cent at Rs 5.64 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.82 crore).
