The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.32 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.15 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 36.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.20 per cent at Rs 117.72 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 102.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.37 per cent to Rs 77.64 crore from Rs 72.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 70.18 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.14 per cent to Rs 40.08 crore as against Rs 29.88 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.45 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 1.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.51 per cent at Rs 6.40 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.98 crore).
