The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 348.68 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 329.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 5.91 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.25 per cent at Rs 2,234.77 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2,143.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.04 per cent to Rs 1,810.76 crore from Rs 1,740.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 10.13 per cent at Rs 106.46 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 118.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.16 per cent to Rs 424.01 crore as against Rs 403.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.85 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 32.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 19.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.65 per cent at Rs 98.06 crore (Sep'24 Rs 99.71 crore).
