The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 79.31 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 455.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 92.74 per cent at Rs 67.04 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 923.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 95.28 per cent to Rs 39.35 crore from Rs 833.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 65.08 per cent at Rs 66.94 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 40.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 68.47 per cent to Rs 28.36 crore as against Rs 89.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 334.29 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 12.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 44.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 1.94 per cent at Rs 13.67 crore (Sep'24 Rs 13.94 crore).
