The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.64 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.81 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.25 per cent at Rs 281.56 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 234.14 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.17 per cent to Rs 250.74 crore from Rs 210.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 33.89 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.80 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 29.82 per cent to Rs 30.82 crore as against Rs 23.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 7.99 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 36.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.86 crore, while Taxation increased by 49.22 per cent at Rs 6.70 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.49 crore).
