To take note the resignation of Ms. Shweta Mehrotra Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance officer.\r\n2. To apply Director Identification number (DIN) for Mr. Rishdhan on to be appointed as Additional Independent Director of the Company\r\n3.
