The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 32.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 31.19 per cent at Rs 171.28 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 130.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.30 per cent to Rs 117.68 crore from Rs 89.63 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 139.95 per cent at Rs 9.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.96 per cent to Rs 53.60 crore as against Rs 40.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.19 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 18.18 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 41.06 per cent at Rs 15.63 crore (Sep'24 Rs 11.08 crore).
