The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.71 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.32 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 105.30 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.49 per cent at Rs 48.62 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 50.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.21 per cent to Rs 42.60 crore from Rs 45.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.53 per cent at Rs 1.14 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.97 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 34.68 per cent to Rs 6.02 crore as against Rs 4.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 39.57 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 10.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 85.11 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.47 crore).
