The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.53 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.13 per cent at Rs 202.96 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 189.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.99 per cent to Rs 181.66 crore from Rs 165.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.36 per cent at Rs 1.18 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 12.42 per cent to Rs 21.29 crore as against Rs 24.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.24 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 118.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.86 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.23 per cent at Rs 3.28 crore (Jun'24 Rs 4.57 crore).
