The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 41.40 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.03 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 195.08 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose two fold by 208.35 per cent at Rs 587.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 190.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 245.46 per cent to Rs 478.64 crore from Rs 138.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 100.00 per cent at Rs 7.70 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 3.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 109.69 per cent to Rs 109.29 crore as against Rs 52.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 32.00 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 37.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 34.75 crore, while Taxation increased by 514.78 per cent at Rs 13.19 crore (Sep'24 Rs -3.18 crore).
