The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.23 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 18.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 50.24 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.14 per cent at Rs 473.44 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 394.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.80 per cent to Rs 438.63 crore from Rs 372.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 3.72 per cent at Rs 11.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 11.30 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 60.27 per cent to Rs 34.81 crore as against Rs 21.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 33.39 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 37.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.86 crore, while Taxation increased by 42.37 per cent at Rs 9.24 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.49 crore).
