The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 93.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 82.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.93 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.84 per cent at Rs 613.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 558.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.60 per cent to Rs 476.00 crore from Rs 438.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 14.11 per cent at Rs 20.21 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 23.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 14.33 per cent to Rs 137.94 crore as against Rs 120.65 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.08 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 4.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.98 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.08 per cent at Rs 32.79 crore (Sep'24 Rs 27.77 crore).
