The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 43.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 48.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.10 per cent at Rs 131.05 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 145.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.86 per cent to Rs 94.19 crore from Rs 93.39 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 68.65 per cent at Rs 4.79 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 15.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.64 per cent to Rs 36.86 crore as against Rs 52.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.73 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 17.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.82 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.84 per cent at Rs 10.18 crore (Sep'24 Rs 14.51 crore).
