The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.51 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.36 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.10 per cent at Rs 65.31 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 68.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 7.84 per cent to Rs 50.41 crore from Rs 54.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 540.00 per cent at Rs 0.96 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.12 per cent to Rs 14.89 crore as against Rs 13.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 15.96 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 33.44 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 1114.29 per cent at Rs 1.42 crore (Jun'24 Rs -0.14 crore).
