Avantel Ltd has informed, under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that it has received a maintenance contract worth ?1.94 crore (including taxes) from Fleet Maintenance Unit on September 16, 2025. The contract will be executed by September 19, 2027.

According to the company, the order is a domestic service contract and carries a performance bank guarantee of 3%. Avantel also clarified that the award does not involve any related-party transactions and that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.

The company said the contract underscores its continued presence in the maintenance and service sector and aligns with disclosure norms prescribed by SEBI.
