The Board has approved the Postal Ballot Notice to be sent to shareholders for increasing the Borrowing limit of the company as per Section 180 (1) (c) and Power of Creation of charge as per Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 on 15th September 2025. The Postal Ballot Voting is starting from Thursday 18th September 2025, 9:00 A.M. to Friday, 17th October 2025, 5:00 P.M.
