Black Rose Industrie has declared 10% Special dividend for the financial year March 2025

Black Rose Industries Ltd. on Sunday, 18 May 2025, has announced Special dividend of 10 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 22 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 22 September 2025.

The last five dividends are 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 26 May 2025), 200% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 09 August 2024), 10% Special dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2024), 55% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2024) and 55% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 September 2023).
