Eternal Limited has informed the exchange that shareholders at the AGM held on August 19, 2025 inter-alia have considered and approved 1) Re-appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors and 2) Appointment of Chandrasekaran Associates as secretarial auditors.
