The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.97 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 115.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.80 per cent at Rs 91.61 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 78.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.35 per cent to Rs 69.89 crore from Rs 66.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 44.21 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.95 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 79.65 per cent to Rs 21.72 crore as against Rs 12.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.76 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 19.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 24.35 per cent at Rs 2.40 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.93 crore).
