The Board of Directors have at their meeting held today, 14-08-2025, approved to acquire land, building, plant and machinery located at plot no. D-22, IDA-Medchal, Medchal Mandal, Malkajigiri District, Telangana - 501401 for a total sale consideration of Rs.25.50 Crores from Srigen Lifesciences Private Limited.
