The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 81.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 79.71 per cent at Rs 10.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 50.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 82.78 per cent to Rs 7.46 crore from Rs 43.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 62.06 per cent to Rs 2.83 crore as against Rs 7.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 87.21 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 62.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore, while Taxation decreased by 96.57 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.75 crore).
