The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.00 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.06 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 345.45 per cent at Rs 12.74 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 293.75 per cent to Rs 11.97 crore from Rs 3.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 414.29 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 527.78 per cent to Rs 0.77 crore as against Rs -0.18 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 196.32 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
