The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 49.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 48.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.46 per cent at Rs 405.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 399.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.60 per cent to Rs 328.96 crore from Rs 320.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 68.64 per cent at Rs 7.96 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 4.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 3.17 per cent to Rs 76.57 crore as against Rs 79.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.60 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.82 per cent at Rs 16.90 crore (Jun'24 Rs 17.04 crore).
