The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 10.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 48.60 per cent at Rs 16.51 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 55.47 per cent to Rs 16.06 crore from Rs 10.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 72.34 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.47 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 42.31 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore as against Rs 0.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 61.14 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 6.82 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.47 crore, while Taxation decreased by 133.33 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
