The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.11 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 7.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.31 per cent at Rs 106.47 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 101.10 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.71 per cent to Rs 102.89 crore from Rs 97.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 42.21 per cent at Rs 2.19 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.04 per cent to Rs 3.58 crore as against Rs 3.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.92 per cent in June quarter.

Taxation increased by 15.50 per cent at Rs 1.49 crore (Jun'24 Rs 1.29 crore).
