The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.04 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.34 per cent at Rs 553.65 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 597.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.56 per cent to Rs 535.52 crore from Rs 573.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 48.49 per cent at Rs 11.33 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 7.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 25.65 per cent to Rs 18.12 crore as against Rs 24.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.85 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 23.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 7.19 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.81 per cent at Rs 3.91 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.70 crore).
