The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.66 per cent at Rs 63.97 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 57.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.19 per cent to Rs 56.90 crore from Rs 50.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 115.15 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.71 per cent to Rs 7.07 crore as against Rs 7.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.79 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 24.80 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.56 crore, while Taxation decreased by 68.66 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.67 crore).
