The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 230.77 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.15 per cent at Rs 10.35 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.92 per cent to Rs 9.66 crore from Rs 9.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 775.00 per cent at Rs 0.70 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 9.52 per cent to Rs 0.69 crore as against Rs 0.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 3.25 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 133.33 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.09 crore).
