The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.03 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 27.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.87 per cent at Rs 344.21 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 399.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.71 per cent to Rs 294.08 crore from Rs 344.80 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 125.45 per cent at Rs 1.24 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.57 per cent to Rs 50.13 crore as against Rs 54.83 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.12 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 3.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.70 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.20 per cent at Rs 8.38 crore (Jun'24 Rs 10.00 crore).
