The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 90.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.82 per cent at Rs 9.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 114.88 per cent to Rs 14.44 crore from Rs 6.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 7.87 per cent at Rs 6.17 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 5.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 453.08 per cent to Rs -4.59 crore as against Rs 1.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 387.48 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 66.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 87.28 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Jun'24 Rs 2.28 crore).
