Approved Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024.\r\n2. Alteration of Object clause of the Memorandum of Association (MoA) of the Company.\r\n3. To align the existing MoA with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.\r\n4. Fixed the date of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company for aforesaid purpose as Wednesday, 16th April, 2025.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, we are enclosing herewith Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 1:30 p.m. IST and concluded at 3:00 p.m. IST.
