The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.35 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.84 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 34.56 per cent at Rs 26.06 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 33.09 per cent to Rs 21.13 crore from Rs 31.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 40.29 per cent to Rs 4.92 crore as against Rs 8.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.70 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 29.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.60 crore, while Taxation decreased by 70.37 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.35 crore).
