The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.41 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.20 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.22 per cent at Rs 38.09 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 41.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.35 per cent to Rs 34.49 crore from Rs 36.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 114.29 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.66 per cent to Rs 3.61 crore as against Rs 5.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.46 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 13.74 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.49 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.41 crore).
