The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 51.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 8.90 per cent at Rs 21.05 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.96 per cent to Rs 20.51 crore from Rs 19.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 1.22 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 1.22 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 357.14 per cent to Rs 0.54 crore as against Rs -0.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 331.82 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.00 crore).
