The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.39 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 4.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 47.32 per cent at Rs 6.38 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 53.68 per cent to Rs 4.15 crore from Rs 8.96 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 29.21 per cent to Rs 2.23 crore as against Rs 3.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 34.29 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 4.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.40 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.21 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.96 crore).
