The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.49 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.67 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.04 per cent at Rs 68.88 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.26 per cent to Rs 65.66 crore from Rs 47.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 82.37 per cent at Rs 0.58 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 3.29 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 57.07 per cent to Rs 3.22 crore as against Rs 2.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 13.04 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 31.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.78 per cent at Rs 0.99 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.39 crore).
