The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 35.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 44.16 per cent at Rs 21.35 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.22 per cent to Rs 20.97 crore from Rs 14.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.41 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Sep'23 Rs 0.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.74 per cent to Rs 0.38 crore as against Rs 0.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.32 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 18.42 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.31 crore, while Taxation decreased by 40.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore (Sep'23 Rs 0.05 crore).
