Bihar Sponge Iron Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2011, have appointed following persons as the Directors of the Company.

1. Mr. B. D. Garg, was appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. June 04, 2011.

2. Mr. B. K. Luthra, was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director w.e.f. June 18, 2011.

3. Mr. V. K. Modi, was appointed as Alternate Director to Dr. W. Janke.

4. Mr. J. N. Khurana, was appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. W. G. Elenhaimer.

5. Mrs. Kum Kum Modi, was appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. June 04, 2011.
