Private-sector insurer, Aviva Life Insurance has launched a new online term plan ‘i-Life Secure with built in income protection for 15 years, said the media report.

The key features of the plan includes guaranteed income post death of life insured for the next 15 years, 10 per cent of sum assured at the time of claim settlement and 6 per cent per annum thereafter for 15 years, said the media report.

Commenting on the new product, Aviva India, Director - Marketing and Bancassurance, Rishi Piparaiya, said, “Aviva i-Life Secure ensures that your family and their needs are protected, be it your child's school expenses, EMIs for housing loan or for that matter protection of your family by way of regular income when you are not around, all at a very nominal cost of premium."

Aviva India is a joint venture between Dabur Group and Aviva Group, UK-based insurance company and one of the world's oldest insurance groups.
