The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.76 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 3.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.94 per cent at Rs 42.84 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.53 per cent to Rs 39.02 crore from Rs 34.07 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 15.38 per cent at Rs 0.30 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.26 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.23 per cent to Rs 3.82 crore as against Rs 5.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.33 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 46.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation decreased by 57.41 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore (Dec'23 Rs 1.08 crore).
