The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.72 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.19 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.26 per cent at Rs 21.50 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.25 per cent to Rs 18.21 crore from Rs 16.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.36 per cent at Rs 1.69 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 1.44 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 56.67 per cent to Rs 3.29 crore as against Rs 2.10 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.41 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 28.57 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.60 crore).
