The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 91.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 22.01 per cent at Rs 48.23 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.79 per cent to Rs 48.06 crore from Rs 39.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 106.06 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore versus (Dec'23 Rs 0.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 56.41 per cent to Rs 0.17 crore as against Rs 0.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 64.65 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation decreased by 62.50 per cent at Rs 0.06 crore (Dec'23 Rs 0.16 crore).
