The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.30 per cent at Rs 154.33 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 132.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.82 per cent to Rs 132.48 crore from Rs 108.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 104.69 per cent at Rs 1.31 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.64 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.81 per cent to Rs 21.84 crore as against Rs 23.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 5.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.99 crore, while Taxation decreased by 5.64 per cent at Rs 4.52 crore (Sep'24 Rs 4.79 crore).
