The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 198.43 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 170.30 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 16.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.21 per cent at Rs 552.23 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 524.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.78 per cent to Rs 326.57 crore from Rs 324.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 93.32 per cent at Rs 53.80 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 27.83 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.37 per cent to Rs 225.66 crore as against Rs 200.81 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 6.80 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 12.89 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 49.59 per cent at Rs 54.87 crore (Sep'24 Rs 36.68 crore).
