This is in furtherance to the intimation done by the Company on 7th November, 2025. This is to inform you that the Company has today signed a Securities Purchase Agreement amongst Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited (""Purchaser""), JSW Cement Limited (the Company - Seller 1 therein) and Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited (Seller 2 therein) (together, the ""Sellers"") and Algebra Endeavour Private Limited (""Algebra"") for the transfer of 100% of the securities of Algebra respectively held by the Sellers to the Purchaser.
