The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 15.24 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 22.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.48 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.66 per cent at Rs 126.81 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 141.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 1.84 per cent to Rs 109.98 crore from Rs 112.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 330.08 per cent at Rs 5.72 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.33 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 43.68 per cent to Rs 16.84 crore as against Rs 29.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.94 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 7.34 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.90 crore, while Taxation decreased by 22.11 per cent at Rs 5.32 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.83 crore).
